excited to go back to school so i can finally be vaguely productive, at least i hope!
recovering from some sort of stomach illness combined with three and a half weeks of doing nothing, nothing, nothing has resulted in the ultimate state of “blah” for me. i’ve gotten some basic annoyances taken care of, which relieved me of that awful “shit-hanging-over-your-head” feeling. figuring out my second semester schedule, going in for a job interview, making various overdue appointments. but i think i’m ready for the most exciting part of my day to not be playing robot unicorn attack on facebook.
so to put this a bit more into obvious perspective, goals for when i get back to school:
organize my desk so it is a clean, orderly, cozy place that inspires motivation in my school work and beyond.
collect recipes and make an effort with cooking.
try to eat healthier and work out once in a while!
i think it’s best to keep the list this short, at least for now, because it looks more doable and less demanding this way. i think i could definitely do these things! i’ve wanted to become a better cook for so long now, and i really want to finally take action and just make an effort. new years resolutions have never been my thing, but for second semester and 2011, i just want to become the version of myself that i’ve always wanted to be, and that i know is in there somewhere.
